Silver Sands Cottages

Reservations & Check-In

Cottage reservations require a Half Down deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Silver Sands Cottages offer no refunds and no credit cards for cottage payments. Reservations require a state sales tax of 6% and county room tax of 5%.

• Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. or later for your weekly reservation. 
• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Silver Sands Cottages Amenities

Cottage kitchens come furnished with a stove, refrigerator, table and indoor chairs, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Pans, dishes, tableware, and utensils are also provided. Pillows, blankets, sheets, and pillowcases are furnished with each cottage. All cottages have heat and cable TV. A picnic table and grill are also furnished with each cottage.

Amenities Not Included

• Please bring your own towels (pool, bath, beach), soap, shampoo, toilet tissues, kitchen towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and outdoor chairs. You are expected to maintain your cottage and site (including dishes, trash, etc.; bedding will be maintained by housekeeping). 
• Coin laundry available. 
• Many recreation areas and restaurants are available onsite or within walking distance in Silver Lake.

Visitors

Some of the cottages can accommodate additional persons, but please ask at the time of reservation to ensure you do not exceed the allowable number of people. Each additional person will be charged $25.00 per day or $125.00 per week per person. Please include babies in the number of persons using our facilities. *All people on the property must be registered guests. 

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE RESORT AT ANY TIME. 

Silver Sands Resort properties (Beach, grounds, swimming pool, etc.) are for registered guests only—absolutely no visitors without explicit Management permission and pass.
