Motel Rooms

Our motel room rates make it easy and affordable to vacation by the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. 

One queen bed (1–2 person max.)

• Spring & Fall: from $114 (ask about spring specials)
• Summer:
  • Weekends: from $175
  • Weekdays: from $150

Two queen bedrooms (2–4 persons) standard, premium & junior suite-style rooms

• Spring & Fall: from $124 (ask about spring specials)
• Summer:
  • Weekends: from $214
  • Weekdays: from $164

Room Cancellation Policy: $100 if made 14 days prior to arrival date; no cancellations within 14-days of your arrival date. If your room can be re-rented within this 14 day "no cancel" window, only the $100 fee will apply. The policy may be different from booking partnerships.

Condo/full suite (4 persons) with kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each bedroom)

• Spring & Fall: $1125/week
• Summer: $1600/week
• Additional $25/day per person or $125/week per person for persons in addition to the unit availability. Reservations are required.
• Call for daily rates (units are sometimes available for less than a week, but rates vary by length of stay and available dates)
• No cancellations

Taxes/additional costs:

• State sales tax: 6%.
• County room assessment: 5%.

To make check-in easier, management reserves the privilege to charge the total reservation amount within the no-cancellation window to the credit card on file to guarantee the reservation.

Motel room style units:

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. or later.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Condo/full suite:

Check-in time: 5:00 p.m. or later.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

* All Silver Sands Resort Property (beach, grounds, pool, etc.) is for registered guests only. No visitors allowed that have not gotten permission and a pass from management.
