• Weekly rentals have priority over daily rentals.
• Cottage reservations require a $500 deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds, No credit cards for cottage payments.
• State sales tax - 6%, *County room tax - 5%.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later for your weekly reservation. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Amenities

• Cottage kitchens are furnished with stove, refrigerator, table and indoor chairs, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Pans, dishes, tableware, and utensils are also provided. Pillows, blankets, sheets and pillow cases are furnished with each cottage. All cottages have heat and cable TV. Picnic table and grill are also furnished with each cottage.
• Please bring your own towels, soap, tissues, kitchen towels, paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies, outside chairs. You are expected to maintain your cottage and site (including dishes, trash etc., bedding handled by housekeeping).
• Port-a-cribs available by reservation - $20 per week or $10 per day. Coin laundry available.
• A wide variety of recreation and eating establishments are available onsite or within walking distance in Silver Lake.

Visitors

• Most cottages can allow additional persons - ask before inviting anyone to make sure you do not exceed maximums. Each additional person will be charged at $20.00 per day or $85.00 per week per person. Please include babies in the number of persons using our facilities. *All persons on the property must be paid registered guests.
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE RESORT PROPERTY AND ANYTIME.
• Silver Sands Resort Property (Beach, grounds, swimming pool, etc.) are for registered guests only, No visitors without Mangment permision and pass.
